We carefully select individuals who possess professionalism that is not only committed to the company, but understands our Vision, where we are going, and is willing to ensure that we attain our corporate goals and objectives. Our recruitment efforts are to ensure our personnel are competent and “Compassionate” to deliver exceptional quality care. Each of our caretakers are W-2 employees and undergo a strict hiring process including background screening, and credentialing and a professional reference check. As a Faithful Heart caretaker, you will make aging in place possible and help minimize the risk of social isolation.

Caregiver Duties & Qualifications
- Provide incidental transportation to and from medical appointments, grocery store, and errands
- Accompany clients to recreational and/or social events, scheduled exercise programs, delightful conversations
- Teach/perform meal planning and preparation. brief home safety check for fall prevention
- Perform light housekeeping, medication reminders, scheduled exercise programs, Organize closets and pantries, temporary family relief
- Follow written care plan
- Participate on the care team by providing input and making suggestions
Required Qualifications
- Ability to understand written and oral instructions
- Ability to communicate orally in writing
- Ability to work independently and in cooperation with others
- Ability to observe and recognize changes in clients
- Ability to establish and maintain harmonious relationships with clients/families/co-workers

- Level 2 Background
- CPR/First Aid
